I hereby grant my informed consent to the organisers, curators, and affiliated institutions to use my name, artist biography, images of my artwork, installation views, and related documentation for the sole purpose of promoting, documenting, and archiving the exhibition. This may include use across print materials, websites, social media, press releases, educational materials, and institutional reports.

I acknowledge that this material will not be used for commercial resale or profit by the organisers and that all use will be credited appropriately where reasonably possible.

I confirm that I am the sole creator and rights holder of the submitted works, or that I have secured all necessary permissions for any third-party content included.

I agree to participate at my own risk and release the organisers, curators, partners, and venue from claims arising from participation in the exhibition, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

I understand that the organisers will take reasonable care in handling and presenting my work but cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to transportation, installation, environmental conditions, or force majeure events.

I understand that in the event of a sale, there will be a 20% commission paid to Grenada Arts Council.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the above terms.
